Bulldog Snacks Wholesale Terms & Conditions
Orders - minimum of 5 cases per order and all orders need to be in 5-case increments.
Pricing - all prices are listed in US dollars.
MAP Pricing Policy - customers may not use the Bulldog Snacks name or products to advertise or otherwise promote Bulldog Snacks on the Internet at a net price that is lower than our set MAP. Sales and promotional events that involve lowering the net price should be short-term and infrequent, and will require the prior approval of Bulldog Snacks if less than $2.79 per item. Our pricing policy can change at any time without notice. Bulldog Snacks reserves the right to request that you cease advertising or promoting Bulldog Snack products if we find that you’ve violated our pricing policy. Additionally, we may stop accepting and/or shipping orders to you in such circumstances.
Suggested Retail - Bulldog Snack products sold at retail locations should be sold at their suggested retail price, which is $3.29 per item.
Listings - you may use product descriptions or copy that are located in our brand guidelines. Once you receive confirmation of your order, you will also receive our brand guidelines. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to email us at sales@scholarsnacks.com
Sale of Bulldog Bar - you acknowledge that you are acquiring Bulldog Snack products to sell in your retail store(s) and/or to distributer on-prem without charge. Any sale of Bulldog Snack products on any third-party websites, including without limitation, Amazon.com, or in any third-party marketplaces, is expressly prohibited. Bulldog Snacks may stop accepting and/or shipping orders to you should you violate this policy.
Shipping - All orders will be shipped promptly to be delivered within 2 days from the order processing date. Tracking information will be emailed once your Bulldog Snacks have shipped.
FOB - destination
Cancellation - we reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason or for no reason, including, without limitation, your failure to pay, your breach of these terms or otherwise, in each case in our sole discretion. If Bulldog Snacks cancels an order, Bulldog Snacks shall fully reimburse the customer for such order.
Payment Terms - unless otherwise agreed, payments will be processed at the time of order.
Claims - all shipments must be inspected at the time of delivery for shortages and damage. Bulldog Snacks is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier but will use all reasonable efforts to ensure on time delivery. If damage is concealed upon delivery, please contact customer service at sales@scholarsnacks.com within 48 hours of receipt of delivery. Also, please provide pictures of damaged products where possible.
Returns - Bulldog Snacks products cannot be returned without prior authorization from Bulldog Snacks. In the event of an approved return, customer will bear the cost of return shipping.
Agreement & Acknowledgement - by checking the box at the bottom of this page, you acknowledge that you have carefully read and agree to these Terms & Conditions and the enforcement of any such terms at the sole discretion of Bulldog Snacks. If any term, provision, covenant or condition of these Terms & Conditions is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms of provisions will remain in full force and effect and shall in no way be affected, impaired, or invalidated.
